Niche Manufacturing; Value-add Distribution; Industrial Services; Healthcare; Education; Transportation & Logistics; and Business Services, among others

Industry Characteristics

Sufficient industry scale; Fragmentation; Consistent profitability; Low risk of technology obsolescence; Minimal regulatory risk

Company Characteristics

Strong management; Defensible market position; Superior profit margins; Non-capital intensive, and; Strong growth potential

Geographic Focus

U.S. and Canada. No restrictions for add-ons to existing platforms
